Bi-monthly Parish Council meetings are 3rd Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September & November starting at 7.30pm,
The next Swaton Parish Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2026 at 7.30pm. This meeting includes the Annual Parish Meeting which will be followed by a standard bi-monthly meeting.
The Annual meeting starts at 7pm during which elected and co-opted councillors will be given their roles and responsibilities and a Chair, Vice Chair and RFO will be voted in.
Members of the public are always encourgaed to attend a PC meeting as observers, but will not be allowed to speak during the transaction of the business. The first 15 minutes (i7.30-7.45pm) will be open to the public to ask questions or raise issues in regards to matters already on this agenda which will be published 1 week prior to the meeting. Any other issues raised will be added to the next meeting's agenda

1. Minutes of Meeting, May 20th 2025 – Accepting the Clerk’s Notes as Minutes.
2. Chairman’s report for 2025/2026. Available to view on the PC website.
3. Financial annual report from the RFO. Available to view on the PC website.
4. Annual reports from any visiting representatives – County/District Council.
5. Public Discussion and Questioning. Members of the public may comment on any Parish Issues and direct their comments to the Parish Council or any of the visiting representatives.
No Council decision or resolution can be made from these. All relevant issues will go to a future Parish Council meeting for discussion/decision.
6. 7.30pm or earlier, Close of the Meeting.
