Bi-monthly Parish Council meetings are 3rd Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September & November starting at 7.30pm,
The next Swaton Parish Council meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st July 2026 at 7.30pm. This meeting includes the Annual Parish Meeting which will be followed by a standard bi-monthly meeting.
Members of the public are always encourgaed to attend a PC meeting as observers, but will not be allowed to speak during the transaction of the business. The first 15 minutes (7.30-7.45pm) will be open to the public to ask questions or raise issues in regards to matters already on this agenda which will be published 1 week prior to the meeting. Any other issues raised will be added to the next meeting's agenda or dealt with outside of the meeting depending on the issues raised.
